Diese Website lädt Schriftarten („Google Fonts") von Servern der Google Ireland Limited bzw. Google LLC, USA. Dabei wird Ihre IP-Adresse an Google übermittelt. 5. Kontakt- und Whitepaper-Formular, Kontaktaufnahme
Wenn Sie uns über das Kontaktformular, das Whitepaper-Formular oder per E-Mail bzw. Telefon kontaktieren, verarbeiten wir die von Ihnen angegebenen Daten (z. B. Vor- und Nachname, E-Mail-Adresse, Nachricht), um Ihre Anfrage zu bearbeiten und mit Ihnen in Kontakt zu treten. 3. Visiting the website (server log files)

If you contact us via the contact form, the whitepaper form, by email or by phone, we process the data you provide (e.g. first and last name, email address, message) in order to handle your enquiry and get in touch with you. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures), Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (handling your enquiry) or Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent). Your data is deleted as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.
6. Online appointment booking
We use the "TidyCal" service to arrange meetings. When you book an appointment, the data you enter (e.g. name, email address, preferred time) is transmitted to and processed by the service provider. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) or the initiation/conduct of a meeting (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). This may involve a transfer to the USA.
